The Mac Slayer UV is a small, all-white spoon-shaped lure designed to mimic a dead or dying minnow, triggering instinctive strikes from lake trout and browns. Its clean, reflective finish and subtle flash make it a go-to for anglers who troll deep and know what big fish want.

    -Troll it 100 to 200 feet back, right on the bottom, at 2.0 to 2.25 mph. This lure is murder on macs from 5 to 50 lbs, and it’s no surprise—just like white tube jigs, it taps into the natural feeding response of bottom-hugging predators.
