Who Pays for Shipping?
You (the customer) are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

How to Initiate a Return

2.  Include your order number, the reason for the return, and your shipping address.
3.  Once approved, you will receive return instructions via email.

Refunds
•  After we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
•  Refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
•  Shipping fees from your original purchase are non-refundable.
